We are a faith based, military spouse owned + operated salon suite servicing the Fort Campbell, Oak Grove, and Clarksville area. Sage Lake Co is an in-home salon with a general location of: - 10 minutes outside Gate 10 (Ft. Campbell) - 15-18 minutes from Tiny Town Rd - 25-30 minutes from Sango Our physical address will be provided day of appointment to confirmed appointments only. Our goal is to offer our clients a safe space to relax, recharge, and love themselves. We'd love to be a part of helping you feel and look your best. Baby & Kid Friendly - please inform during booking so we can make appropriate arrangements to our schedule and space. My children will be present in the home, we are also a dog friendly home. Our availability will be limited to two Fridays and Saturdays per month with the hours from 8am to 4pm. Cancellation Policy
We get it. Life happens, and sometimes you are running late, or you need to reschedule an appointment.
To ensure our stylists' time and your time are respected, we require a card on file at the time of booking. All appointments for any stylist at Sage Lake Co will require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit goes towards your total service cost. Should the deposit not be fulfilled within 24 hours, the appointment will not be kept. We allow 1 client reschedule with all appointments. Rescheduling must happen 48 hours prior to the scheduled date/time.
If you are running late, please keep in communication with your stylist. Sage Lake Co has a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. After that grace period, our stylists reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should they deem they do not have enough time to complete the booked service sufficiently. If the stylist chooses to continue with the appointment once the client attends after the grace period, there will be a $20 late fee added to the total service cost. Should the client not show up after that grace period, it is considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
We kindly ask that all appointments be rescheduled or canceled at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date/time. Our stylists craft their schedules to accommodate each client and ensure each client’s appointment is scheduled according to the service booked. It is difficult to fill a spot that is canceled or no-showed at the last minute. To alleviate this, Sage Lake Co charges a cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within the 48-hour window of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total service cost and must be paid in order to rebook.
Emergencies are taken into consideration. However, please be advised that a stylist may still charge the fee at their discretion. If the fee is not paid, or there are insufficient funds for the card on file when Sage Lake Co charges the cancellation fee via Gloss Genius, an invoice will be sent via Square to the email on file and will be due within 24 hours. If the fee is still not paid, we will attempt to collect the fee until it has been paid. After multiple attempts, the debt may result in collections. The client will be unable to continue utilizing our online booking feature for any future services.
We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. All deposits are non-refundable in any capacity.
The deposit is in place as it:
• deducts from the overall cost of service on the day of the service
• covers product prepared and set aside for the service
• covers any consultation time (messaging, call, etc) prior to client booking
We understand life happens, so a paid deposit can be transferable to a new service date for the client should the appointment be rescheduled.
Stylists have the right to reschedule any appointment due to weather, illness, school, military, or another reasoning. Stylists will offer the client as much advance notice as possible.
The client will not file any fraudulent chargebacks, nor will the client post negative or otherwise false reviews on social media, Google, or the like. All communication will be done via email for transparency and accuracy for our records.
Booking an appointment with Sage Lake Co means you are agreeing to this policy and the afforementioned stipulations.
Cancelation Examples:
1. Appointment is scheduled for 12/1/23 at 9:00am. Client will have until from the date they booked the appointment until 48 hours before scheduled appointment: 11/29 at 9:00am to reschedule or cancel their appointment with no cancellation fee.
2. Appointment is scheduled for 12/1/23 at 9:00am. Client cancels appointment on 11/29 at 10:00am or on 11/30 at 10:00am, they will be subject to the cancellation fee.
3. Appointment is scheduled for 12/1/23 at 9:00am. Client does not show up to appointment, they will be subject to the cancellation fee.
4. Appointment is scheduled for 12/1/23 at 9:00am. Client is running late and has until 9:15am to attend the scheduled appointment. If client attends at 9:16am, the stylist reserves the right to reschedule.
